Youth Justice Activist, Leader Missing in Ohio

This morning, Youth First, a national organization that assists state and local justice campaigns, has issued a notice that one of its youth activists and leaders in Ohio is missing. Amber Evans has been missing since Monday and authorities are looking for leads in her disappearance.

A press release issued by Youth First states: “Amber is an African American woman, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white parka and black leggings. Her vehicle was found in the Scioto Mile area of Downtown Columbus on Monday.”

Anyone who has information about Evans is being requested to contact the Columbus police special victims unit at 614-645-4624. In sharing the information about Evan, social media users should tag #Search4Amber.
