The Massachusetts Department of Public Health seeks a vendor that will recruit, screen, track and reimburse youth who will assist in conducting compliance checks. The vendor will also need to maintain a purchase fund for tobacco products purchased during inspections. An outcome of this contract is to increase the percentage of high school student who participate in tobacco prevention activities. Participating in compliance checks allows youth to learn about tobacco control and to participate in reducing youth access to tobacco.
The vendor will maintain a database of youth throughout the Commonwealth with a total of at least 60 eligible youth in regions across the state at all times.
