Words Unlocked: Poems from Inside Juvenile Justice Facilities

Last week, The Chronicle of Social Change published all of the top five entries from Words Unlocked, the fifth annual poetry contest for youths incarcerated in juvenile secure facilities operated by The Center for Educational Excellence in Alternative Settings.
