La Crosse County, Wisc. wants to hear from services providers and advocates about potential new ideas for its expanding youth and family services system.
La Crosse will soon is merging its Comprehensive Community Services Program, a case management model, into a regional system that includes two other nearby counties. It has issued a request for information looking for suggestions on what components might be added or changed within the model.
“We are particularly interested in new and innovative evidence-based services that can be performed across the region,” the RFI states.
La Crosse is particularly interested in information about communication and employment skills training, monitoring physical health and medication, psychotherapy, and other mental health strategies.
