Both Ends Burning, a nonprofit child welfare advocacy group, just released a 53-page report that investigates the U.S. Department of State’s decision to suspend the adoptions of abandoned children from Nepal and examines the 56 U.S. families who were accused of fraud and irregularities.
The report found all allegations untrue and called for the U.S. to reopen the adoption process for kids in Nepal.
