The Burden of Stress in America

A poll on stress in America found that of the 2,500 people surveyed roughly half had recently experienced a stressful event related to their health. While stress affects us, according to the survey, people in poor health are twice as likely to report having a lot of stress. The ongoing poll was conducted by NPR, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and
Harvard School of Public Health.
