North Dakota announced last week that it is prepared to implement the Family First Prevention Services Act, and is finalizing a plan for approval from the federal government.
Over the last 18 months, the state has undertaken a rigorous process to create rules and policy to support the implementation of the new law, including hosting a number of stakeholder events.
